At CCOH, we have a comprehensive benefits program that offers employees and their eligible dependents the variety and flexibility to help meet their needs at different stages in life. Beginning the day you're hired, you may select medical, dental, vision and flexible spending accounts and take part in other programs.
- Medical Options
CCOH offers two plan designs through United Healthcare. A HMO or a High Deductible plan with a nationwide network.
- Dental Benefits
Dental coverage is provided through the Metlife network. Comprehensive coverage ranges from 100%
preventative, 80% basic and 50% for major restorative services. Orthodontia is also available for
covered children under the age of 19.
- Vision Benefits
Vision coverage is provided through the Metlife network. The plan provides eye examinations and eyewear
through a network of optometrists, ophthalmologists, and retail eyewear locations throughout the country.
- Life and ADD Insurance
Employees may elect supplemental life and ADD insurance depending on their needs.
- Short Term Disability:
This option is available thru Colonial Life Insurance. Disability is custom tailored for each
- GAP Insurance
This plan is designed to lower the deductible for the medical plan, and pays benefits for in and out
- Supplemental Benefits
Supplemental Cancer, Accident, Hospital Intensive Care, and additional Life Insurance is

Full time eligible employees may direct the investment of their retirement plan contributions in a
variety of mutual funds under a program with ING. CCOH contributes 3% of salary for employees who have
met the plan's eligibility requirements.
- Paid Time Off/Personal Days
- Full time Employees enjoy up to 7 PTO days annually for the first 3 years of employment. After
that, leaves increases incrementally up to a maximum of 20 days for 10 years or more of service.
Additionally, CCOH staff receive 24 hours of personal leave annually.
- CCOH observes six Holidays annually - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Employees that are scheduled to work these holidays
receive an incentive payment of time and half.

- CCOH offers 40 hours per year of sick leave to full time staff.
